The Project Manager – Multifamily Property Maintenance will oversee field maintenance operations and capital improvements across a growing portfolio, coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective work. You will work with the Property Manager to supervise technicians and trades, implement preventive maintenance, and communicate with owners, tenants,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff is preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour card or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of multifamily properties.
• Assess tenant requests and determine urgency, scope, and response.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, delays, changes, and costs.
• Oversee property improvements and maintenance-related projects.
• Develop procedures for inspections, move-ins/outs, and emergency response.
• Document operations and track work performed and costs.
• Monitor expenses and complete projects within budget.
