We are seeking a Project Manager – Multifamily Property Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations and property improvement projects across our portfolio. The role involves coordinating Maintenance Technicians and building trade subcontractors, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests, and managing budgets for maintenance and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Real estate or related field.
• Experience with building trades and property maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance needs across a portfolio of multifamily properties.
• Assess tenant maintenance requests and determine urgency and scope.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, delays, changes in scope and costs.
• Oversee planned property improvements and maintenance-related projects.
• Develop and maintain procedures for inspections and emergency response.
