Job summary

Lawrence Perry And Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join its integrated MEP+L Systems Engineering team. You will work on a broad range of projects from offices to laboratories and healthcare facilities, contributing to sustainable, high-performance design.

Required: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in HVAC design, PE license, and experience with energy analysis software. Preferred: AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building HVAC design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with energy analysis software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering calculations and supporting documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend equipment, systems, and products to meet project requirements.
• Review and process construction administration documents, including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with fellow designers, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to support team success.
