Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• PE license in California.
• Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead civil design efforts with guidance from PMs/Directors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to plan, design, and develop civil engineering solutions.
• Contribute to project strategy, schedules, and coordination for project success.
• Prepare and oversee documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Support construction administration, respond to RFIs, review submittals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering technical growth.
• Participate in professional organizations and contribute to the profession.
