Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil/structural/architectural engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in all phases of building design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in RAM, RISA, and ETABS.
• Strong technical, structural, code, and detailing skills; able to produce accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project design process in collaboration with Project Architects, Designers, and Managers.
• Prepare documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Conduct quality control research on products and construction methods.
• Lead the construction administration process.
