Job summary

On-call duties and strict safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance.
• Able to program and operate Building Automation Systems.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Able to manage and train entry-level personnel.
• Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.
• Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.
• Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute O&M operations per contract and supervise staff.
• Program and monitor alarm responses and mechanical operations.
• Communicate with client and O&M team on contract execution.
• Hire, train and schedule staff for O&M obligations.
• Maintain and update all assigned systems.
• Provide regular management reports to the O&M team and client.
• On-call 24/7 for telephone support and emergency response.
• Ensure compliance with license and certification requirements.
• Submit records to authorities and uphold safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties.
