Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Operations Manager to oversee site contracts, supervise mechanical operations staff, and ensure safety and compliance. You will coordinate with clients, schedule staff, program BAS, monitor alarms, and develop training plans to enhance performance.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in O&M, and strong leadership. Knowledge of JCI procedures, HVAC basics, and customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance.
• Able to program and operate BAS.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of O&M contracts at site.
