Job summary

Babilou Family US, part of a global early education network, is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a Certified Teacher in creating safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environments for children aged 0-5 at our Little Sprouts location in Massachusetts.

You will help implement meaningful activities, maintain an organized classroom, engage families, and participate in ongoing professional development with a focus on sustainability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with young children in childcare or education.
• Knowledge of child development and safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to support a Certified Teacher with lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sustainable classroom environment.
• Supervise children and ensure safety during activities and transitions.
• Engage families with sustainable communication and events.
• Attend required training and contribute to program development.
