Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the SCS model at Roosevelt High School and coordinate with school, family, and community stakeholders.
• Supervise the full-time SCS Parent Coordinator and oversee parent/community engagement activities.
• Develop outreach strategies, convene a diverse Leadership Team, and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Create reports and communications for transparency and accountability; maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with school leadership and SCS Coordinators to share learning and improve practice.
