You will collaborate with engineering teams, develop concepts for new and improved HVAC products, and solve complex technical problems to drive production of innovative, reliable systems.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 2+ years in product design, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (any discipline) required.
• 2+ years of hands-on design, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work across engineering, design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in HVAC or related engineered products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements by documenting and prioritizing needs.
• Apply technical expertise to design and assess applications.
• Participate on project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule goals.
• Create and maintain 3D models, BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct design FMEAs and implement risk mitigation.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally may be required.
• Support design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to apply DFM principles.
• Ensure test readiness and validate electrical system performance.
• Document product records and ensure quality and manufacturability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Contribute to year-over-year cost and margin improvement initiatives.
