Job summary

Populus at Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Denver is seeking a Stewarding Attendant to support culinary and hospitality operations. You will ensure clean, sanitized, and organized equipment for kitchens, restaurants, and service areas, while contributing to sustainability through proper waste handling and the bio-digester.

Qualifications

• Previous stewarding or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and properly operate the hotel's bio-digester.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized stewarding area and sanitary dishwashing space.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and sanitation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support kitchens and hotel outlets with clean equipment and supplies.
• Sort food waste and operate the bio-digester in accordance with procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
