Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ESG Data & Reporting Specialist to support data collection, analysis and documentation for our ESG program. You will help draft submissions to major ratings bodies and maintain the GHG Inventory.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive improvements in reporting processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of ESG experience, with preferred background in sustainability reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, calculation, and documentation of ESG data including the GHG Inventory.
• Draft annual submissions for CDP, EcoVadis and similar ratings.
• Identify gaps and collaborate on process improvements to boost ESG scoring.
• Maintain and update the GHG Inventory Management Plan.
• Assist in developing the annual Sustainability Report and regulatory disclosures including CSRD.
• Support ESG inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

• Support collection, calculation, and documentation of ESG data, including the company’s GHG Inventory
• Draft annual submissions for sustainability raters and rankers such as CDP and EcoVadis
• Identify actionable gaps and collaborate on process enhancements to improve ESG scoring
• Maintain and update the GHG Inventory Management Plan
• Assist in developing the annual Sustainability Report and regulatory disclosures including CSRD
• Identify opportunities to improve ESG data management and reporting processes
• Support responses to internal and external ESG-related inquiries
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support ESG initiatives
• Provide support for evolving ESG-related activities and changing regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and ESG trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or another related field
• Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental reporting, data management, sustainability compliance, or related disciplines
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sustainability or ESG-related data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with data management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Preferred: 3 to 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, corporate responsibility, environmental compliance, or related areas
• Preferred: Experience supporting sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory disclosures
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision
• Preferred: Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze sustainability metrics
• Preferred: Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
