Mars is seeking a Governance & Controls (G&C) and Sustainability Integration Manager to bridge global integration programs and regional execution within North America Controllership. The role leads local integration of internal controls (SOX/ICE) and sustainability reporting, partnering with Global Snacking controls, regional finance, and other stakeholders to harmonize the control environment.

This project-based role ends in Q2 2028, with potential for internal opportunities within the Mars

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in audit, internal controls, or corporate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SOX/Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICE).
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry required.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate across different levels of an organization.
• SAP or equivalent ERP system experience preferred.

Mansioni

• SOX/ICE Harmonization & Integration: act as the regional lead for integrating Kellanova into Mars' internal control framework with global and regional teams.
• Control Transition & Operating Model Support: oversee the transition of control responsibilities during operating model changes and role shifts.
• Sustainability Reporting Integration: lead regional integration of sustainability reporting meeting Global and Mars Inc. requirements.
• Regional Controllership Support: partner with Controllership to align finance activities with global standards and timelines.
