Mars is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to oversee and lead audits across the Americas, reporting to the Internal Audit Director - Americas. You will partner with Service & Finance stakeholders to advance governance and risk management while upholding objectivity and integrity.

The role entails guiding audit teams, delivering findings and recommendations, presenting to senior management, and driving continuous process improvements within a dynamic FMCG environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance/accounting; CPA/CIA/CFE preferred or in progress.
• 6–8 years in external/internal audit with Big 4 or FMCG background.
• Experience in fraud investigations is preferred.
• Data analytics and AI exposure is preferred.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods or manufacturing desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Perform and/or lead audits and consulting projects.
• Deliver Americas Internal Audit annual plan.
• Act as knowledge partner for S&F stakeholders to drive governance and risk.
• Execute audits with regional/global IA initiatives and improvements.
• Present audit results to senior management in a timely manner.
• Follow up remediation status of agreed actions.
• Develop process improvements with stakeholders while maintaining objectivity.
• Collaborate with global IA teams and share best practices.
