Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist for the Solutions Center. You will champion the IGS energy brand, educate customers on our sustainability journey, and deliver exceptional experiences with every interaction.

The role requires weekday hours 11:00am–8:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am–5:00pm. You will build rapport, discuss green energy initiatives, and educate customers on residential commodity and warranty products while supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers on IGS sustainability initiatives and products.
• Educate on residential commodity and warranty products and services; drive sales and retention.
• Conduct consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
• Navigate systems to resolve customer inquiries accurately and timely.
