Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in the Solutions Center. You will champion the brand, educate customers on sustainability offerings, and deliver exceptional experiences during each interaction. Flexibility to work Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:00pm with rotating Saturdays is required.

You will educate on products, resolve inquiries, and strive to exceed sales and service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer experience and conversational skills.
• Ability to identify and overcome customer objections.
• Multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule.
• Willingness to grow and learn, receptive to feedback.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through a natural conversation style.
• Educate on all IGS products and services to drive sales and retention.
• Navigate systems to resolve customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, customer satisfaction, sales goals, and service levels.
• Provide follow-up to ensure resolution meets expectations.
• Conduct proactive consultative analysis to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Communicate marketing programs to help customers make informed decisions.
• Adhere to departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
