Schneider Electric in Dallas is seeking a Commercialization Manager, Sustainability Software to drive regional execution of the Global GTM strategy for Enterprise Sustainability SaaS products. You will partner with local sales and central teams to move products from pilots to launch and equip the sales force to win.

The role emphasizes accountability for regional KPIs, enablement materials, and market feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or commercial operations, preferably SaaS/enterprise software.
• Understand sustainability landscape, carbon accounting, energy management, and sustainability reporting; exposure to Sustainability SaaS is a plus.
• Proven success launching and growing cross-functional products with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and launching first-time initiatives while building scalable systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Analytical mindset with KPI tracking experience (ARR, attach rates, adoption).

Responsibilities

• Global Playbook Execution: localize global SaaS GTM to regional markets and drive targeted revenue growth.
• Country Team Engagement: act as regional interface with local teams and align pipeline and launch priorities.
• Launch Orchestration & Accountability: own regional launch plan, sell-gate milestones, and KPIs until adoption.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: collect regional trends and feed insights into global playbook and roadmap.
• Acceleration & Escalation: address adoption barriers and escalate to Core Team when needed.
