Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Commercialization Manager, Sustainability Software to drive regional GTM execution for Enterprise Sustainability SaaS products. You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to launch pilots, enable the field, and accelerate adoption across the US region.

You will own regional launch plans, track KPIs such as ARR targets and adoption metrics, and provide market intelligence feedback to global teams to shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Global Playbook Execution: Localize and drive regional SaaS GTM playbooks and revenue growth.
• Country Team Engagement: Coordinate with regional teams and central Product, CSM, and Marketing groups.
• Launch Orchestration & Accountability: Own regional launch plans, milestones, and KPIs until Winning Offer.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: Gather local trends and feedback to influence global roadmaps.
• Acceleration & Escalation: Identify barriers and escalate to Core Team when needed.
