MnDOT's Office of Sustainability and Public Health seeks a skilled engineer to lead sustainability and public health integration into project development. You will collaborate with agency staff and technical experts to assess needs, develop guidance, and support implementation of state and federal requirements.

Qualificações

• Licensed professional engineer under Minnesota AELSLAGID.
• Three years of experience as an Engineer Senior or equivalent.
• Experience with sustainable transportation plans and standards.
• Ability to lead policy and standard revisions related to sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead processes to incorporate sustainability and public health into MnDOT standards, manuals, regulations, and technical guidance.
• Facilitate decision-making with technical partners to identify needs, set targets, document approaches, deliver training, and evaluate progress.
• Develop and review engineering plans reflecting climate science, agency goals, statutes, and engineering standards.
• Monitor sustainability and public health trends to identify process improvements and inform agency decisions.
