Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Assistant Sustainability Manager to lead LEED, WELL, and Green Point Rated certification efforts for new projects. You will train project teams, update certification templates, and support client sustainability goals throughout the design and construction process.

You will develop energy guidance, contribute to Webcor's internal sustainable roadmap, and stay current on policy changes and green building trends to drive continued improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with LEED/Green building programs and related tools.
• LEED AP accreditation is required for this role.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in LEED/WELL/GPR certification setup and execution.
• Update templates and tracking tools for certification projects.
• Support client sustainability goals and develop training programs.
• Provide energy guidance and develop internal sustainability roadmaps.
