Job summary

Webcor is seeking an Assistant Sustainability Manager to drive LEED/WELL/GPR certification efforts, support client sustainability goals, and advance Webcor’s internal sustainability roadmap. The role requires staying current with building rating systems, policy changes, and training teams across projects.

Qualifications

LEED Online, EC3, Excel, and office software proficiency.
Degree(s) in engineering, construction management, environmental science, architecture, or sustainable development.
Understanding of GHG protocols and carbon accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead LEED/WELL/GPR certification setup and execution planning for projects.
Develop sustainability training and guidance for project teams.
Support the development of documentation for LEED/USGBC certifications.
Analyze design strategies for cost impacts and sustainability outcomes.
Prepare reports and presentations for executives and clients.
