Job summary

Masimo is hiring a seasoned Program Manager to lead customer-facing sustainability initiatives in Irvine, CA. You will shape programs, drive adoption, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to maximize impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and translating market needs into compelling offerings. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, commercial strategy, marketing, sales operations, or a related field.
• Experience within medical device, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and ongoing improvement.
• Experience developing or supporting customer segmentation, value propositions, commercial offerings, go-to-market strategies, selling tools, or customer-facing marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience establishing program metrics, evaluating performance, identifying trends, and using data to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop effective customer-facing and sales-facing messaging and materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and growth of Masimo’s customer-facing sustainability programs.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including enrollment, collection, processing, and reporting.
• Develop data-driven commercial approaches and go-to-market initiatives to increase adoption and profitability.
• Create marketing plans, messaging, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Training to develop tools and selling resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial leadership to gather insights and address adoption barriers.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize workflows across the program value chain.
• Establish and analyze program metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage third-party vendors and pilot new solutions for better effectiveness and profitability.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
