Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager, Sustaining Engineering to lead complex cross-functional projects across the product lifecycle for commercially released Masimo medical devices.

You will manage scope, schedules, risks, and resources, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align priorities and ensure compliance with design controls and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project or program management experience in regulated industries.
• Experience supporting sustaining engineering and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sustaining engineering and product lifecycle projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of sustaining initiatives with scope, priorities, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of engineering changes and manufacturing transfers.
• Identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints; drive resolution and decisions.
• Report progress and risks to executives and ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.
