Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Sr Engineering PMO Lead - Operation & Analytics in Irvine, CA. You will act as a strategic partner to PMO and Engineering, improving portfolio visibility, governance, and data-driven decision making across diverse teams, including Software, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Product Management.

You will develop executive dashboards, standards, and reporting frameworks, enabling capacity planning and investment prioritization.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management or related technical field with 8+ years of experience in regulated technical product development or technical program management.
• Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering programs and portfolios.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and performance metrics using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project or portfolio management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO operational excellence through development and implementation of project management methodologies, governance processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
• Partner with VP of Project Management to translate portfolio strategy into scalable processes and governance.
• Lead portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-project reviews for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, SOPs, templates, and best practices to improve execution and maturity across Engineering.
