Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr Engineering PMO Lead - Operation & Analytics to partner with Project Management leadership and Engineering stakeholders. The role focuses on improving portfolio visibility, governance, resource planning, reporting, and organizational maturity across the engineering portfolio.

This onsite position requires collaboration across Engineering, Software, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in regulated technical product development or technical project management.
• Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering programs and portfolios.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and performance metrics using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO operational excellence through standardized project management methods and governance processes.
• Translate portfolio strategy into scalable processes, governance, analytics, and execution practices.
• Lead portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-project reviews.
• Develop portfolio management frameworks, SOPs, templates, and best practices to improve execution."
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs, health metrics, forecasts, and analytics using Power BI.
• Analyze portfolio performance, identify risks and constraints, and provide recommendations toEngineering leadership.
• Prepare portfolio summaries and decision-support materials for executive reviews.
• Own PMO tooling governance (Jira, Confluence, Power BI) and data integrity across platforms.
• Coach and mentor Engineering PMs on governance and portfolio management.
