Job summary

Ameren is seeking a Fall Co-Op to support the Sustainability, Community and Inclusion teams at Ameren HQ in St. Louis. The role alternates activities across departments, including ESG benchmarking, reporting support, and community outreach.

On-site collaboration with stakeholders is expected, with some Teams virtual work and occasional off-site meetings. Ideal candidates are current students with strong data skills, writing ability for digital platforms, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher required.
• Preferred majors include HR, Sustainability, Marketing, Data Analytics or Public Policy.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG benchmarking/research and ESG voluntary reporting efforts.
• Assist with Energy Affordability initiatives.
• Upgrade and maintain the inclusive engagement team webpage and SharePoint.
• Gather post-grant data and help prepare graphs and editorials.
• Assist with nonprofit partner relations and fundraising activities.
