Job summary

Ameren Services Company seeks a current student for a May–August 2026 internship on-site at Ameren HQ in St. Louis. You will rotate through Sustainability, Community and Inclusion (“SCI”) teams, contributing to ESG benchmarking, reporting, and outreach efforts.

You will develop data-driven insights, assist with SharePoint and WordPress content, and help with equity projects and campaigns alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Preferred majors include Human Resources, Sustainability/Environmental Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Public Policy.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG benchmarking, research, and reporting efforts.
• Assist with Energy Affordability initiatives and inclusive engagement activities.
• Maintain and upgrade the team webpage and SharePoint site.
• Assist with equity projects and nonprofit partner relationships.
• Help collect and distill post-grant data and support corporate campaigns.
