Qualifications

• Education: Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college or university; GPA 2.5+ preferred.
• majors preferred include Human Resources, Sustainability/Environmental Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or Public Policy.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and digital writing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Ameren's Sustainability, Community and Inclusion team (SCI).
• Assist with ESG benchmarking/research and voluntary reporting activities.
• Help with energy affordability initiatives and equity projects.
• Maintain and upgrade the team web page and SharePoint site; assist outreach efforts.
• Collect and distill post-grant/post-sponsorship data; prepare visuals and narratives.
