Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Sustainability Environmental and Energy Specialist to support the Industrial Sustainability Environmental and Energy (ISEE) manager in ensuring facility environmental compliance and energy management. The role focuses on ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 implementations, coordinating reduction projects, and auditing environmental performance across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in an industrial setting, a degree in engineering, sustainability or related fields, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Biology, Energy, Science or related field required.
• 1-3 years’ working in an industrial environment.
• Experience in environmental compliance and sustainability.
• Technical knowledge or experience with energy systems such as boilers, hot water heaters, lighting, etc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily awareness and compliance related activities within the plant for both Ferrero employees and for external consultants
• Internal coordination and management of plant waste
• Collecting, monitoring and expanding on environmental performances-related indicators (of the plant)
• Developing or Coordinating sustainable reduction projects
• Gathering documentation and organizing environmental and energy audits
• Support the implementation and management of the Environmental and Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001 and 50001)
