Job summary
Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Sustainability Environmental and Energy Specialist to support daily awareness, plant waste coordination, and environmental performance tracking.
The role includes coordinating sustainable reduction projects and assisting with ISO 14001 and 50001 management systems. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in an industrial setting, with experience in environmental compliance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ working in an industrial environment.
- Experience in environmental compliance and sustainability.
- Technical knowledge or experience with energy systems such as boilers, hot water heaters, lighting, etc is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support daily awareness and compliance related activities within the plant for both Ferrero employees and for external consultants.
- Internal coordination and management of plant waste.
- Collecting, monitoring and expanding on environmental performances-related indicators (of the plant).
- Developing or Coordinating sustainable reduction projects.
- Gathering documentation and organizing environmental and energy audits.
- Support the implementation and management of the Environmental and Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001 and 50001).
