Job summary

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Sustainability Environmental and Energy Specialist to support daily awareness, plant waste coordination, and environmental performance tracking.

The role includes coordinating sustainable reduction projects and assisting with ISO 14001 and 50001 management systems. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in an industrial setting, with experience in environmental compliance and sustainability.

The base compensation range for this position is $72,000.00 - $89,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
