Job summary

Lindt USA seeks an Environment & Energy Manager to lead regulatory compliance, drive energy performance in manufacturing, and reduce waste. You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities to embed data-driven improvements into daily operations.

The role focuses on Scope 1/2 energy optimization, audit readiness, and aligning with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, delivering measurable environmental performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing environmental permits and regulatory compliance programs.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing energy efficiency initiatives.
• Experience with energy monitoring, energy efficiency, and utility data analysis.
• Understanding of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission sources and reduction strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret environmental and energy data.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and lead.
• Ownership mindset and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental permits and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Lead inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries as the company representative.
• Develop and improve inspection, auditing, and self-assessment programs.
• Implement energy reduction opportunities across site operations and utilities.
• Develop environmental KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Drive waste reduction and process optimization.
• Manage environmental data related to energy, water, waste, and emissions.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 aligned practices.
