Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Sustainability Data Manager (maternity cover) to support development and delivery of sustainability reporting and carbon accounting initiatives across RX. You will collect, analyze, and communicate data with global stakeholders to drive progress against sustainability goals.

The role focuses on climate data from venues, attendee/exhibitor travel, and scope 3 emissions, and involves building systems, delivering workshops, and representing RX in Net Zero workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experienced with Excel and complex formulas.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Good understanding of carbon reporting and accounting.
• Previous corporate or carbon accounting/reporting experience.
• Passion for sustainability / corporate responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage climate data from venues, travel, and footprinting.
• Build systems to collect, capture, analyze, and report RX sustainability data.
• Collect and analyze scope 3 emissions data for global shows.
• Support RXPH team in the Philippines with data entry and reporting.
• Deliver workshops to event teams on carbon footprints and strategy.
• Centralize sustainability initiatives and playbooks.
• Promote engagement in carbon reduction strategies for show teams.
• Represent RX in Net Zero Carbon Events industry workstreams.
