Job summary

Samsonite is seeking an undergraduate student to support the company’s carbon footprint calculation and ESG reporting. You will gather and organize utility data, download data from SAP and Docuware, and help consolidate information for the global footprint project.

The role emphasizes data management, independence, and attention to detail while supporting sustainability goals across multiple regions. It offers exposure to enterprise ESG reporting processes and requires strong MS Office

Qualifications

Undergraduate with 2-4 years of study; majors in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies or related field preferred but not required.
Comfortable working with data (data management, organization, analysis).
Ability to navigate a variety of online and offline sources of data.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks; persistent and self-starter.
Experience with MS Office, managing and organizing Excel files.
Foreign language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for facilities in various geographies.
Organize data in folders.
Extract and consolidate utility data as well as ad hoc data requests for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation.
