About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Reporting Intern to support a project focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. This paid internship offers hands-on experience with two of the world\'s leading sustainability assessment frameworks: CDP and EcoVadis.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, environmental science, business, or related fields to gain practical experience working on real-world sustainability reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze sustainability-related data from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing responses for CDP and EcoVadis assessments.
• Review existing sustainability policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct research on ESG best practices, reporting standards, and industry benchmarks.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support the development of sustainability metrics, narratives, and evidence required for submissions.
• Help maintain organized records and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project lead to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Public Policy, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Interest in ESG, corporate sustainability, climate reporting, or responsible sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, or ISSB.
• Experience working with data analysis or sustainability metrics.
• Knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions, environmental management systems, or supplier sustainability is a plus.
