Job summary

Samsonite is seeking an undergraduate student to support the company’s carbon footprint calculation and ESG reporting. You will gather and organize utility data, download data from SAP and Docuware, and help consolidate information for the global footprint project.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate with 2-4 years of study; majors in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies or related field preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with data (data management, organization, analysis).
• Ability to navigate a variety of online and offline sources of data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks; persistent and self-starter.
• Experience with MS Office, managing and organizing Excel files.
• Foreign language proficiency a plus.

Job Description

Reporting to the Sustainability Associate Manager, you will assist in calculating a large global enterprise's carbon footprint. You'll provide data gathering and data entry support for Samsonite's carbon footprint measurement and ESG reporting to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange into February 2026.

Responsibilities

• Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for certain facilities in various geographies.
• Organize data in folders
• Extract and consolidate utility data as well as ad hoc data requests for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation

Requirements
