Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking an Sustainability R&A Intern to contribute to the credibility of sustainability reporting, focusing on ESG disclosures within the Assurance practice. Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Science, or Finance.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Client service intern roles are entry-level, typically third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program at application time.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability reporting initiatives by gathering and analyzing ESG data.
• Assist in preparing sustainability reports aligned with standards like GRI and TCFD.
• Help evaluate climate finance and nature finance mechanisms for sustainability projects.
• Perform data modeling and analysis to provide insights on sustainability performance.
• Collaborate on materiality assessments and prioritize ESG issues for reporting.
• Observe auditors to understand processes of independent assessments.
• Contribute to developing technical solutions for sustainability reporting processes.
• Apply learning mindset to PwC practices and methodologies in sustainability reporting.
• Ask questions and participate actively to support team projects.
