Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a Sustainability Engagement Intern for a part-time role focused on internal communications, dashboards, employee engagement and benchmarking research in environmental sustainability. The intern will receive guidance and mentoring while developing content, tracking metrics, and preparing dashboards, with collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a degree.
Majors in Communications, Journalism, Business/Marketing or related degree and a minor or experience in environmental sustainability will be considered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Develop communication toolkits for the global sustainability employee impact community and key engagement initiatives.
Curate, write, and post content highlighting sustainability initiatives on internal channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
Track communication and engagement metrics, sharing insights for continuous improvement and demonstrable impact.
Prepare dashboards, tracking data and insights.
Engage with employees from multiple geographic locations and countries.
Plan logistics, participation, preparation and metrics tracking for workshops and trainings.
Support special Sustainability projects as needed.
