Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Business/Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies and listen to stakeholder needs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication toolkits for internal sustainability engagement.
• Curate and post content on internal channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Track communication and engagement metrics, sharing insights for improvement.
• Prepare dashboards, tracking data and insights.
• Engage with employees across geographic locations and countries.
• Plan logistics, participation, preparation and metrics for workshops and trainings.
• Support special Sustainability projects as needed.
