Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned professional to lead community outreach initiatives and supervise PJTT-related coalitions within the Communities of Solutions department. You will train staff, coordinate onboarding and events, and facilitate cross-department collaboration to advance health equity and sustainable impact.

Responsibilities include supervising coordinators, managing grants and budgets, and leveraging tools like Asana, Fluxx, and SharePoint to document progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in community outreach, organizing, or coalition building with lived experience
• Experience engaging individuals with lived experience in projects and decision-making
• Experience supervising, coaching, or developing individuals or teams
• Strong organizational skills with cross-functional collaboration and process management
• Proficient with project management, data, and communication platforms such as Asana, Fluxx, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of sustainability strategies focused on people, processes, resources, and impact
• Alternate: HS diploma with 6+ years in relevant outreach/coalition roles

Responsibilities

• Supervise Coordinadores and Coordinators and guide PJTT coalitions
• Train and coach team members in planning conversations and group decision-making
• Coordinate onboarding, sustainability resources, budgets, events, and communications
• Support fundraising, grant writing, and measuring impact discussions
• Contribute to department plans and annual goals for Communities of Solutions
• Facilitate PJTT events and ensure cross-department coordination
• Develop and improve PJTT sustainability resources and capacity-building
• Coordinate use of project management tools like Asana for PJTT projects
• Engage with communications, IT&S, and other departments for PJTT initiatives
• Maintain relationships with coalitions and partners including faith-based orgs
• Communicate proactively within departments to support collaboration
• Advance health equity by integrating lived-experience perspectives into decision-making
• Assist with financial approvals including contracts and payments
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly coalition debriefs
• Perform additional duties and supervise staff including performance appraisals
