Job summary

Deltek, Inc. seeks a Sustainability Lead to oversee sustainability content across MasterSpec and SpecText libraries and to guide strategic initiatives in the AECO industry. You will ensure accuracy, drive new rating-system plans, and shape product documentation.

The role requires an Architect or Engineer with LEED AP BD+C, CDT/CCS credentials, and 8+ years writing specifications for commercial projects pursuing certification. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer with extensive experience in commercial/institutional building projects.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience writing construction specifications for building projects pursuing LEED or other rating systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sustainable design topics, trends, and technical advances affecting product decisions.
• Represent Deltek in the sustainability community and liaise with partners.
• Update sustainability databases for accuracy and plan new rating systems.
• Review sustainability language in specification libraries for completeness.
• Write master guide specs on sustainability and building envelope topics.
• Highlight sustainability in Deltek Specpoint for product selection.
• Respond to sustainability inquiries from stakeholders.
• Publish thought leadership and presentations.
• Collaborate with product management to translate sustainability requirements into structured data.
