Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Director of Sustainability to lead Beck’s Responsive Design team, delivering LEED, WELL, and Fitwel certifications, energy modeling, and sustainability strategy on medium to large commercial projects. You will set direction, review deliverables, and guide client conversations while building a respected department.

This player-coach role requires 10+ years of experience, a LEED AP BD+C credential, and a track record of leading teams and business development.

Qualifications

• Leadership of sustainability consulting for large, complex projects.
• Experience with LEED, WELL, Fitwel certifications and energy modeling.
• Strong client management, proposals, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability team across Beck’s projects and external engagements.
• Oversee LEED, WELL, Fitwel certifications and energy modeling services.
• Set quality standards, budgets, and workflows for the department.
• Grow business through client relationships, RFPs, and proposals.
• Advise on sustainability strategies and regulatory compliance.
