Job summary

You will work closely with the kitchen staff to prepare a variety of dishes, maintain station cleanliness, and support inventory and food preparation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or sushi line cook in a similar setting.
• Proficient knife skills and food prep abilities.
• Knowledge of sushi techniques and Japanese ingredients is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating grills, ovens, salamanders, broilers, and fryers.
• Strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and precise portion control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items including sushi, entrees, and sides.
• Set up stations, stock supplies, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Cook food to specified temperatures with consistent quality.
