Responsibilities

• Assist with basic fish preparation, trimming, and packaging.
• Support to-go sushi production, including prep and simple plating.
• Provide customer service and operate the register.
• Restock products and support inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures.
• Receive and inspect deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members and support daily operations.
