Responsibilities

• Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
• Inspecting quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi and report issues
• Prepare various types of sushi dishes according to guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and safety
• Maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination
• Report equipment problems to the manager on duty
• Sterilize utensils and equipment before use
• Greet and communicate with customers to ensure they feel valued
