Wegmans Food Markets in Depew, NY is seeking a dedicated sushi prep team member to help prepare fresh, high-quality rolls and assist customers with special requests. You will learn traditional techniques alongside experienced sushi chefs in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, assembling sushi items, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. Prior kitchen experience and basic knife skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary setting.
