Wegmans Food Markets in Lancaster, PA is seeking a sushi prep team member to contribute to high-quality rolls and customer service. You will work with experienced sushi chefs to learn traditional techniques in a fast-paced store kitchen.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, rolling and presenting sushi, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring timely, attractive dishes for customers.

Formación

• 1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in sushi or Japanese setting.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary setting.

• Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely preparation and upholding excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction.
