Job summary

Rock N Roll Sushi is seeking kitchen staff to join our team in Oxford, AL. You will help ensure efficient kitchen operations by collaborating with team members, standing for long periods, and supporting prep, cooking, and plating to match our brand standards.

No prior experience is required, but knowledge of food safety procedures is preferred. Responsibilities include ingredient prep, food safety adherence, and assisting with ordering and stocking, with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients
• Cook to-order and plate menu items ensuring presentation adheres to the Rock N Roll Sushi brand standards
• Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines
• Adhere to prep list and ensure all items are stocked
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment
• Assist with the ordering and stocking of deliveries. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
