Job summary

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants Group is seeking a skilled sushi cook to join our disciplined kitchen team in the United States. You’ll execute recipes, maintain a clean station, and uphold SBS standards while contributing to daily service with focus and pride.

We value 2+ years of kitchen experience in fine dining or high-standard kitchens, a strong work ethic, ability to learn, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.; ServSafe certification is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in fine dining or high-standard kitchens.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Current ServSafe Food Handler or ability to obtain before starting.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in prep + service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities
