Qualifikationen

• Comfort working in a high-volume, elevated Japanese restaurant environment.

• Complete daily sushi bar prep and maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Work the sushi bar during dinner service, producing maki and specialty rolls.
• Develop nigiri, sashimi, fish cutting and advanced sushi techniques.
• Maintain high standards for freshness, presentation and consistency.
• Collaborate with sushi chefs and culinary leadership.
• Support an elevated, fast-paced guest experience.
